Yes you can. Please make sure the police officer takes clear fingerprints and properly sign and stamp the fingerprint form.
You can apply and pay to the FBI online. We can take your fingerprints on the standard FBI fingerprint card FD-258 and you can print the confirmation email (from the FBI) and send it with the fingerprint card to the FBI.

Normally the fingerprints taken by us do not get rejected by the FBI. Sometimes, the fingerprints are not clear due to age or skin conditions. We will tell you about the possibility of rejection at the time of taking fingerprints.
In case the fingerprints get rejected, we provide one re-take for free.
